Videotel will accept returns or exchanges on Videotel-manufactured products that are purchased within 30 days of receipt. The product must be unopened and within its original packaging. 15% restocking fee applies.
For any directional sound speaker purchases (HyperSound and VidBeam), we will accept returns or exchanges within 15 days of the purchase. The product must be unopened and within its original packaging. 15% restocking fee applies.
