BRIEF HISTORY OF VIDEOTEL
Videotel has been owned and operated by the same family since 1981. Originally located in Scottsdale Arizona, Videotel moved to Spring Valley California in 1988. We have been in same location for 18 years and have expanded several times to our current size of 7,000 square feet. We currently staff 15 employees, some of which have been with us for over 10 years. We have sold our products on 4 continents and in 10 countries.
CUSTOMER SUPPORT
Whether you are looking for information on purchasing, installing, updating or simply trouble-shooting our products, one of our many experienced service technicians will be happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have. Our mission is to do everything we can to keep you, the customer, happy.
TV, DVD AND VCR REPAIR DEPARTMENT
We have a fully certified VCR, DVD & TV repair department. Each repaired unit is tested under “real use” conditions and tested for a minimum of 48 continuous hours. When it leaves our repair department you can be assured it will perform to 100% efficiency.
BULK STOCK WAREHOUSE
The largest of our four warehouses is primarily used to store raw materials for the various products we manufacture.
ELECTRONICS WAREHOUSE
Our other second storage warehouse is used to stock DVD Players, VCP’S, TV’S, cables and computers. We keep enough equipment on hand to ship most order the same day.
SHIPPING DEPARTMENT
Our shipping department is dedicated to transporting your product on time and ensuring it gets to you safely. Whether we are shipping 1 player or pallet of 100, you can rest assured that your product will arrive on time and intact.
